You MUST have an
original waiver for all participants on the day of the tour.

The waiver needs to be
filled out as follows:
The PARENT will need to fill out his/her own
info on the lower portion entirely (name, signature, date, address,
DOB of the parent). The parent will need to fill in his/her child's
name and age on Line 10. All the numbered sections (#1-10) MUST be
initialed.

Minimum age
is 6 years old.
Kayakers under age 14 must share a kayak with an adult.
Life jackets will be provided and must be worn at all times.
There will be a 5 minute Safety Orientation before boats are
launched.
Parking may be tight -- please carpool if possible.

Lunch:

After the
kayaking, we will go to lunch at the nearby and highly recommended
"House of Pizza".
