An outline for a typical monthly tribe meeting, campfire, and game ideas.  Remember to alternate the tribe meetings with tribe outings.

bullet

Typical tribe phone list and meeting schedule -

Keeping a up-to-date tribe phone list is important for several reasons:

1st - It helps you and the other dads to learn the names of each dad and son

2nd - It can be used to define the month that each dad and son will host the monthly tribe meeting

3rd - It provides a list of family contacts in the event of an emergency during a tribe or nation event.

bullet

Typical tribe monthly news letter for effective communication -

Keeping the dads (and Moms!) of the tribe informed on Tribal and Nation events is "el numero uno" if you want good participation.

bullet

Pal Coup Program -

The tribe should set aside time at each tribal meeting for the braves to present their accomplishment to the rest of the tribe, earning feathers for their Lances. Limit the number of Pal Coups presented by each brave at any meeting to keep the interest level of the kids up.
