Our Nation Events:

May 18th - Chino Air Show

Fuel thirsty, heart pounding, radial engines rattle the sky with vintage aircraft performing dare devil maneuvers to your delight. 

Purchase your own tickets at the event door or over their website.  These tickets will not be sold on the YMCA website.

  The early purchase price until May 11th is $16 per adult and $4 per child 5-11yrs.  Otherwise it's $20 per adult and $5 per child 5-11 yrs at the door.

Gates open at 8:00 am.  The Flying begins at 11:15am and lasts till about 4pm.

We will figure out a place to meet to give out patches.

 

June 27-29th - Catalina Two Harbors

We will be staying in the tent cabins at the Isthmus.  Boat leaves at 1:00 pm on Friday from Newport Beach and departs the island on Sunday at 7:30 pm.  Additional details are in the works.  

Cost is $130 per person.  Register via the YMCA website ASAP since we will have only 54 spots for the tent cabins.  Additional persons can register but will have to bring a tent.

Food will be provided from the Friday dinner to Sunday dinner. 

Arapaho will be hosting the Nation games.

Huntington Beach 4th of July Parade

July 4th - Huntington Beach July 4th Parade

 All the Huntington Beach  Indian Guides and Princess Nations will be leading out the main parade around 9:00 am.  Meet at the corner of Olive and Main.

Show your Patriotic pride and Indian Guide Spirit by joining us in the largest 4th of July parade East of the Mississippi!

August 8-10th - YMCA Camp Surf Imperial Bay 

 Details are TBD.

There is not a camp like it in the continental United States.  45 Acres of undeveloped coastline right on the Pacific Ocean in San Diego County.  This ocean paradise is tucked away at the north end of Imperial Beach on the Silver Strand.

September  - No Nation Events

 September is reserved for Nation Recruiting at our local schools.  

Everyone is involved with this effort to keep our Pacific Eagle Nation and its tribes strong and growing.  Ask your tribe Chief how you can help.

October  - Induction Campout

 The most important Nation campfire of the Indian Guide program.
