Additional Registration Guidelines

IF YOU ARE A PRESENT PARTICIPANT, YOU WILL BE USING YOUR LOGIN AND
PASSWORD INFORMATION WHICH YOU SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED IN THE MAIL LAST WEEK.
VERY IMPORTANT!!!! YOU WILL NEED THIS INFORMATION TO REGISTER. IF YOU DID
NOT RECEIVE THE INFORMATION IN YOUR MAILBOX, PLEASE E-Mail Kenny Brook TO GET THIS REGISTRATION INFORMATION.
Here's how to register if you are a returning participant and have your ID & Password:
- Click on this link - http://www.ymcaoc.org/yguides_princesses/ygp_registration_links.php Click on "MyAccount" in the center of the page.
- Enter your ID Number and Password. Remember, initially, your password is your ID number again.
Select a new one once you're "in".- Update your information if needs updating, also add additional children (sub-member) on this page
- On thehome screen, click on "Program Registration" on the left side.
- Select "New Enrollment"
- Select "YGuide/Prince 9/06-6/07" under the Central Orange Coast Branch
- Select your appropriate nation
- Select "View Programs" on the right side of the page
- Select appropriate tribe by clicking on "Add to Cart"
- Select parent name, and click on box at the left side of your child's name to add one or more children, and click on "Continue to Cart".
The program fee this year is $30 per participant, parents included.- Click on "Checkout at Central Orange Coast", or to add another children to another nation and tribe, click on "Select More Programs" and follow the same procedure starting at #7.
- Fill in the appropriate information, and you'll be all set to go!!!
What about the $90 Community Family Membership fee???
Answer: The community family membership fee is an annual fee, so it will expire a year from when you registered last year. SO, if you registered on Oct 2nd of last year, this will not be due until Oct 2nd of this year. Your account will be charged $90 at the time it expires, and you will receive a reminder either by email or in the mail reminding you to log in to the system and pay the balance. IF it is due at the present time you register, you can pay that right now as well as you will be prompted to do
so.
If you are a BRAND NEW MEMBER:
- Follow this link - http://www.ymcaoc.org/yguides_princesses/ygp_registration_links.php Click on "Register Here" under "New members" in the center of the page.
- Click on "Become an Online User" tab that is located directly beneath the password field
- Select "Become a Member" then select "Central Orange Coast" and click "next"
- Select "Family Community Membership"
- Fill in the appropriate fields for Personal Information - CLICK ON "ADD SUB-MEMBER" IF THEY WOULD LIKE TO ADD WIFE, DAUGHTER, AND/OR SON. Then
click "Continue".- The full fee is not charged until the end of the month so it will charge a prorated fee for the remainder of this month. At month end, you will be charged the full $90. Click "Continue". 5. Fill in appropriate credit card info. Hit submit ONCE. You will then be e-mailed
your ID Number and Password. 6. Log in on the link above.- Follow the info from the above directions
