Hopi

WAHOKA!

What an excellent year it has been so far for the Hopi.  February the girls were off to the races in the Pinewood Derby with a few of them winning trophies.  That was followed by an event at ClimbX where all the girls showed off their climbing skills.

In April, the Hopi attended spring camp at Fiesta Island in San Diego.  Everyone had a blast sailing, fishing, kayaking, boating, or just enjoying the sun on the beach.

The Hopi kicked off May with the first annual family beach cleanup and surf day at Bolsa Chica.  After spending time in the morning helping to pick up trash on a portion of the beach, time was spent enjoying the water surfing and boogie boarding.  The day ended with many of the dads participating in the tribe versus tribe dodge ball tournament.  May also featured a tribe event at Hidden Talents were the girls had fun creating masterpieces.

Looking forward, the Hopi are excited about the upcoming events such as the Father/Daughter dance, beach BBQ, and Catalina.
