If you're ready to join, just download and complete the YMCA Registration and Liability Release Forms below and fax them back.

Each program year runs from September 1st through August 31st of the following year. Registration requires a $90 annual Family YMCA membership along with a per child program fee of $60.  Please note that our Program Name is the Great Hunting Valley.

Once your forms are processed, you will be contacted to arrange payment and select the tribe you wish to join. Our staff (see below) can assist you if you need help in finding a tribe that operates in your area.
